Jess was very helpful in setting up my appointment and getting me a ride home when it turned out the repair was going to take longer than originally expected. The tech did the recall leaving no hint of anything having been disturbed and my car was returned in the same pristine condition it was in when I dropped it off. Very pleasant experience.

Absolutely wonderful! This is my second vehicle that I am leasing from Diehl and I love my Jeep! My experience has been nothing but positive.
