From my first phone call, I was impressed with the willingness to help me out of my current situation. Craig and the staff were very respectful and knowledgeable in helping me get into my 2022 Kia Seltos! I absolutely loved Colleen!! She was funny and we had great conversation while I was 'signing my life away'(for the next 6 years) Donnie knew exactly what I would like and what would be best for me and my family. Overall, a great experience!! Definitely will be back and refer others to visit!!

From the first phone call Geoff wilson our current and future sales representative was helpful and very polite. We scheduled an appointment. From the start of my experience from Diehl Kia the people there treated me with kindness and were very helpful. They treated me with respect and did not try to force anything on me that I did not want. Maddie was by far the kindest person, she stayed late when literally the place was closed to show me how to use the digital information in my car.
