Appreciate not being bombarded as soon as we got out of the car. Tyler Took the time to find out what we were looking for and how much we could afford. Pulled up several options and lets us test drive. Still no pushy sales, and stuck within our budget. I have recommended both Tyler and Kia of Hermitage to a few already
