Very pleased with purchase and very pleased with sales person. Geoffery "Tank" was very professional yet very down to earth. As was Andrew the sales manager. Would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you guys for the experience.

My biggest issue was that the website advertised cars you didn't have at prices that weren't accurate. We actually made multiple trips to the dealership. The first Saturday we worked with Maddie but did not purchase. Came back the next Saturday we did purchase a car but Maddie was booked so we met with Craig. We ran out of time to do the paperwork, and made an appointment for 4:00 Monday and still had to wait over an hour to get in to the finance office; we were about to leave when Craig told us Colleen was ready for us. Would like a better explanation of Kia's 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. If I intend to trade this car in within the limits of this warranty was the 100,000 mile warranty I purchased for $3000 needed?
