A friend recommended this dealership to me after purchasing a new TRD Pro Tacoma, and my experience with the sales manager Kelly Stewart and his boss Ted was first rate. I've rarely dealt with car dealerships that I felt were so honest and upfront with the vehicle, the pricing as well as offering competitive financing (matched credit union terms) without me first having to negotiate for it.
Super friendly and accommodating. I'm weary of dealerships for service but they broke that mold. If I had one thing to recommend, it is the experts don't seem to be available on the weekends which makes it a little tougher to schedule services.
Ted Klarich, Tim Holmquest and Kevin were such wonderful people to work with! My recent purchase of a 2016 Highlander Hybrid Limited and a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 couldn't of gone any smoother than it did. I'll be back soon to buy a 2017 Tundra Crew Max Platinum truck. I love coming here. Can't wait to see the finished building
I have both bought two cars and had all my service done at Toyota Burien and always leave a happy customer. If you haven't visited since their new building opened a couple of weeks ago, come check it out! Lots of thought went into designing a flagship store where Sales and Service are now under one roof. I have had my cars serviced here for the last 10 years. Always greeted by knowledgeable friendly people. They have on occasion gone out of their way to help picking up and delivering my vehicle when I wasn't able to make it in for my regularly scheduled services. The let me know what needs to be repaired, based on most important to can wait. Their recommendations allow me to choose what repairs to make now and what I need to get budgeted in for later.
