My experience at Burien Toyota was excellent. I wanted to work with the dealership via email and the sales manager and the salesman were very easy and friendly to work with. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted and immediately started working on the purchase for the agreed price. No haggling or running around the lot. The finance deptartment was easy to work with and I drove home with my new Toyota.

The following is my Reader's Digest Condensed version of buying a used car: I purchased my first used car ever July 2013. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life time but never a used car. The car sold to me was purchased from a dealership in Kent. About eight months into owning the car I had serious mechanical problems with it. I took it to a dealership in Kirkland. Just a quick review to comment on the solid experience I had buying a new 2015 Sienna. We primarily worked with Kelly Stewart who was calm, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience because they allowed me to negotiate in a manner I was comfortable with. They didn't force me into a 4-box game of numbers, nor did they insist I negotiate on monthly payments. I took my 2010 Camry in to diagnose a water leak into the interior - very unusual right? Another specialty shop said it could take as much as $700 just to diagnose the source of the leak and more to fix it. Burien Toyota diagnosed it in 15 minutes, repaired it, had it washed and detailed and ready for pick up two days later. Thank goodness they thought to keep it an extra day to dry it completely.
