Bought a Toyota Sienna from them. They went out of their way more than once to accommodate my needs. The staff was superb! Super kind and straight up. I was able to negotiate with the sales person via text message and got pretty much what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay for it. They beat TWO other Toyota dealerships. Know what you want and tell them.
Tim Holmquist was an awesome salesperson and Aaron Osborn was a patient finance person. Recommend them highly.
I recently bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma from this place and had a very wonderful experience. From start to finish I was treated like a friend and not a quota. I originally went to this place just to look at the new Tacoma because it was close by and planned on buying from another location. I arrived at night when it was raining hard and windy. I came in here feeling nervous about my car that got wrecked a few weeks ago. Fortunately my mom and I ran into Diana Nguyen at the front desk. Although she didn't have to explain anything to us. She explained everything in so much details. Diana then took her time to go out into the parking lot with my mom and I to explain in both English and Vietnamese about what happened to the car and the steps she will take to fix it. My previous experiences at the Services department of Toyota Burien were really sub-par, but my latest visit was AMAZING. Someone greeted me immediately upon my arrival and directed me to the right place. My service guy, Samuel DeRose really went above and beyond in his customer service. His honest feedback, knowledge, and friendliness really made my day. I feel a little silly writing another review for the service department at Toyota Burien, but I'm just so pleased with how they service their customers. I was again greeted immediately by someone and directed to my adviser, who was Brie this time around. She put me at ease and got me set up right away. Had yet another outstanding overall experience with the service department today. We were referred to the manager Bobby by our friends who has purchased several cars from Burien Toyota. We drove from Puyallup to see them and were initially shocked to see that their building was torn down but found that they were in the building next door during construction.
