0 Star : My Experience We picked the car up on3/27/26 and on the way home the low engine power light came back on along with the engine light. It has the same issue it did when we took it to be repaired. I will be calling on Monday 3/30 to discuss the issues.

Both times were frustrating due to poor communication and made it difficult to plan. 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service communication could have been better regarding estimated completion time. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality They told me 10 days. I called at 14, and it still wasn't ready. I had to keep calling to get updates of any kind. When I finally went to pick-up my car, I noticed the rain guard was not secured properly and had to return and ask about it. Apparently, someone was supposed to tell me that the wrong size was installed, but they didn't, so now I have to go back at another time for them to fix it. 5 Star : My Experience The body of my Jeep looked great. and drove just as before. Thank you. However the inside of my Jeep was pristine when i was last drove . The drivers seat was dirty and dusty and throughout my jeep was dusty. I understand my Jeep went through the body shop etc and will get dusty. I feel care should have been given to clean inside of my Jeep prior to picking it up. I had to throughly vacuum my Jeep once I got home. 0 Star : My Experience I had a scheduled appointment with a timeline of a 3 day repair. The third day I get a text saying pending another 7 days my car may be done. Not acceptable. I went in on the 3rd. day, objected to the extra timeline, my SUV was repaired on the 5th day. The repair work was well done. I do not want to be contacted.
