I was contacted the day after my car was towed there (towed 7/8, called on 7/9) to be told they didn’t have my car. That alone caused panic, just to call the towing company to find that they left it with an employee who did not communicate to the collision center where the car was dropped off. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend Overall, the bedside repair appears to be adequate but I’m not very satisfied with how long it took to complete. 4 Star : Repair Quality Textured finish at the bottom of the bedside doesn’t match the other side, there also appears to be masking tape marks that were painted over. I was told my car would be done that Friday. Friday came and went with no phone call or communication. I called the following Monday only to find out that they were waiting on parts and my car would not be done until that Wednesday.
