0 Star : My Experience The dealership overbooked their shop, but failed to communicate this to me. They had my vehicle from November 25th until December 10th without even looking at it. Every time I called the told me it was “in paint” which was obviously not true. I needed my vehicle for vacation giving them two weeks warning of my plans and they got the vehicle to me on the day I needed to leave. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend If the friend had an extra vehicle and had no care regarding how long the repair took, I would give it a higher number. The lack of transparency and truthfulness have just as much weigh in on the number given. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality All repair work seems fine. 0 Star : My Experience It took to long. I had to call for updates on my car otherwise I knew nothing and you were supposed to update me I would get an update after I made the call. .The work does look good but but service leave alot to be desired

0 Star : My Experience The repairs took way too long due to parts available. No accommodations were made to assist the customer ( a loaner car from the dealership would have helped as i had to incur more costs for a rental. So a simple deer hitting turned into a catastrophe for me and costly rental from September 20 through November 8. Then when i picked car up i now have no heat and have to be inconvenienced again for them to complete that mistake. To me I feel like they did not need to take my vehicle on October 1st if they were not ready to begin the process I could have driven my car around for 2 or 3 weeks until they were ready to work on it. The accident happened almost 1 month prior to the repair appointment that's time could have been used to get the parts that they knew they were going to need.
