0 Star : My Experience Awful communication, left in the dark with no real end in sight. I've received the text saying my car was done and asking for a review while my car is still sitting in the shop. Now everything is “done,” but the sensors need to be recalibrated, and I'm sure that'll take another three days. Safe to say, once I get my car back, I'll never use Diehl and their abysmal services again. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality After 3 months of waiting they called me to tell me my car was done, it in fact was not done and a fuse that was not blown before it entered their hands was blown afterwards and the car was not actually checked to make sure everything worked properly before being placed on the lot to take home, so after i made sure they knew that it was not actually done they then fixed it as soon as they could and kept me updated on the process and finally had it done. 3.5 Star : Cust... read more
