0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I understand that the shop is short-handed and have subsequently heard from friends that repair delay is a chronic concern. 5 Star : Repair Quality The damaged section of the car has been restored to its original new car condition. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Though the repair took MUCH longer than I was led to expect, the staff listened to my concerns and worked to accommodate me in the delay.
0 Star : My Experience The repairs was a good job.But I turned my car over to your shop and it was there for almost a full week before they started working on it. It only took Three days to do the repairs. I was paying 20# for the rental so that was uncalled for. But the job on my van was good.

0 Star : My Experience My rearview camera was broken during the paint repair. I am getting the runaround and was told last night that it was my problem to fix with Ford. This is absolutely insane to me. As of today, 5 days later I have heard nothing and was told yesterday that the replacement camera has not been ordered. Please contact me ASAP
0 Star : My Experience No need to contact. My car was there for 3 weeks after an initial estimate of 5 days to complete. I was told different information by 4 employees concerning calibration (went last Tuesday, went Thursday, going Thursday and then went Friday). The trunk is covered in dust - when running my fingers through it, it seems like paint dust as it turns my fingers red.
