0 Star : My Experience The repair itself was done correctly from what I can tell. The service on the other hand was an issue. While the office lady and a manager helped and understood, I was told a 2 week turn around just for it to take 7 weeks costing me 2 vehicle payments along with a rental on my own dime. Painters tape was left on the exterior and the interior is filthy from dust and overspray from painting. 0 Star : My Experience The dealership overbooked their shop, but failed to communicate this to me. They had my vehicle from November 25th until December 10th without even looking at it. Every time I called the told me it was “in paint” which was obviously not true. I needed my vehicle for vacation giving them two weeks warning of my plans and they got the vehicle to me on the day I needed to leave. However it did take a while for my car to get fixed and when I called in to the shop people I talked to had no idea about my car and I was getting mixed messages about when it would be done
