0 Star : My Experience No need to contact. My car was there for 3 weeks after an initial estimate of 5 days to complete. I was told different information by 4 employees concerning calibration (went last Tuesday, went Thursday, going Thursday and then went Friday). The trunk is covered in dust - when running my fingers through it, it seems like paint dust as it turns my fingers red. Kept getting excuses instead of the truth that they didn’t even start my car until the 4 week mark. They did a good job on the repair but they could’ve been honest that they didn’t start it instead of making excuses that they had it ready for paint and were just waiting for someone to get off another project to paint it( drove past and it wasn’t even started yet). 0 Star : My Experience Lack of communication, took 3 times as long to complete the project then original estimated time, had to decline first pick up due to several issues with the craftsmanship, finally took the car after being told that the paint job was the best they can do, even though it still has that orange peel look. Will need to take the vehicle to a different company to have the paint job fixed
