2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I'm torn. It's "repaired" but not repaired like I've seen other shops do. And it's obvious that it wasn't washed before I picked it up. The front passenger rim has nasty grease or gunk on it and still has some deer fur in it. So that's embarrassing 3 Star : Repair Quality It looks back to normal part wise. 0 Star : My Experience They held my car outside for a month and I got emails that it was being worked on. Then after a month I got a email that they never started it. I then call a manager I knew and he got it in the shop. A lot of miss communication and I was not satisfied for that reason

We had to call them to get status of our vehicle and then we got an email with an update. They said 5 days to replace the doors and it took 3 1/2 weeks. They never notified us their painter didn’t show up until we called them. Very poor service.
