5 Star : My Experience Fair Job did the bare minimum. Didn't do what was promised. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Free rental 2 Star : Repair Quality They promised to detail the suv and didn't, low tire pressure when I picked it up, deer hair still in the tire, also hertz took $50 and never returned it to this day when I was initially told hertz wouldn't take anything from me. So I was lied to. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Dd the bare minimum and didn't do what was promised.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality I have had several vehicles repaired there always have been satisfied. This time the repairs have taken in excess of two months. The repairs ARE STILL NOT DONE!!!! Communication with the shop is non existent. They have never called me without me first calling them. Communication would go along way in fixing the frustration I have with this latest experience. Promised a loaner car after month that never materialized. 0.5 Star : Customer Service
