In my survey to Erie Insurance I recommended they terminate Diehl as a Direct Repair vendor. 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Not Applicable. Left deer hair sticking out from between the rim and the tire, even after you could tell someone tried to detail it. Scuffs on multiple places on several of the replaced bumper parts. When we got to day 30 and my rental car allotment expired, I was not a happy customer.
