My husband had to pick up the car on a weekend because we live 4 hours away. When he picked it up he noticed that it was missing multiple clips that hold the body panels on. While driving he noticed the A/C doesn't work, and the check engine light came on as well. 5 Star : Customer Service Abby was great at keeping in contact with me and letting me know the status of my vehicle.

0 Star : My Experience With a $8.00 part and taking 4 days to repair I think it was way to long to get this done. This should have been in and out of the shop within a day , maybe a day and a half. It was an easy-peasy fix. Yes it's fixed but way too long for such an easy repair
