“The Diehl Difference” says they give courtesy loaners. I just drove 45 minutes for warranty work on my air conditioning, brakes, collision avoidance system, and several other safety related systems (the car is a 2024 with 17k miles by the way, little early for issues..) to be told they don’t do loaners. Or give me a ride home. So buyer beware, you don’t get everything they claim you do.
garbage customer service. can't have common decency to return any calls for service. don't buy from this place!
Very hard to get in contact with. I’ve left many voicemails at all times of the day and get no returned communication. Not happy and will likely never return to this location due their carelessness and terrible customer service.

I took my car into Diehl Kia of Massillon for an oil change & the next morning I had a nice big spot of old oil on my garage floor from the tech being sloppy & not cleaning up their mess. The photo is just what was left after a full day of driving around & parking other places without knowing before parking back in my garage. You’d think when you pay $80 for an oil change that they spend a whole hour on that the tech would at least do it right.
