trust...absolutely no trust taking my car to this dealership...couldn't get anyone to answer my calls ...owner seen my review and has given my issues to service manager and still nothing....here's the problem...you lost my trust on a simple oil change...really do you think I would ever trust anyone from that dealership again...no thanks...good luck going out of business treating customers like this...

They sell brand new cars with garbage tires
First off let me start by saying the sales agent Jared Ady was great , very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. Now with the bad…we had been car shopping all day and did call ahead and say we would be coming in later in the day ( approx: 30 mins. Worst experience I have ever had from a dealership. Showed the "salesperson" a lease deal they had on their website and he said he knew nothing of it and couldnt find it on his computer. The trade value also came up $5000 less than another dealer. We only went there because we were interested in a specific vehicle but we will never go back. What a waste of our time. Dont waste yours!
*Predatory Lender* Without knowing anything about me, my Salesperson tells me I am going to get a bigger payment because I am looking at a larger vehicle. However, the vehicle was not more expensive than my trade in, nor was it even technically larger. They have you do all these things to collect personal information from you - get pre-approval, pick your car, set you up with a payment, value your trade in, etc. You go in and think you should be pretty far along in the process. Went to this dealer on 4-2!-22 had a great young man for a sale person but the manager was a co.plete jerk they had exactly what we were looking for . When we got our trade in valued they came in well under any values we had checked. We went 15 minutes away and found same car and was offered 3750 .00 more for the same trade in without even trying to get more. I wouldnever buy a car from this dealer
Been waiting over a week to receive a returned phone call regarding a warranty question and to set up a time to take my car in. Have now took my car somewhere local since Kia Wakiem doesn’t return phone calls after 4-5 voicemails.
