Their service department’s customer service is the worst. I dropped my car off June 24th. I was given a quote and told what needed to be done. Today is July 7th and I do not have my car back. I have called and left numerous messages and no one has called me back. I live an hour away and it looks like I’m going to have to drive up there just to see what’s going on. It’s sad, I bought a brand new car from them just last year and get treated like this.
took my 2015 Kia soul software update and to get engine light checked the updated the software but couldn't figure out what was wrong they said it was fine then I left to go home and my car stalled out on the highway not the customer service I have grown enjoy at Waikem
you say credit amnesty that's totally false advertising ...you say negative equity is ok ...false advertising ...nothing but lies to get people in and then deny em and embarrassed
Avoid buying here at all costs!!! They don't care about your experience, they only care about getting your money. Not only will they try to bully you into purchasing a car from them, they will then try to ruin your credit score by running it through 15 different banks! Can't believe they would run someone's credit 15 times and destroy their score, and just act like it's not a big deal!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They ruin your credit and won't even work with you on a payment... and worse, don't care!!! Destroying hard working families and shouldn't deserve to be doing business. Most disappointing is that the GM would rather lie than apologize or even explain what had happened. So unethical!!! Go somewhere else!!!
So, you destroy your customers' credit by running it a grand total of fifteen times. Without any legitimate reason. Without offering an explanation, much less an apology. So, you lie shamelessly if that's what it takes to make a sale. Because who cares about business ethics when there's a profit to be made? They are a unethical dealership who will send you to 10 banks without your permission, in turn killing your credit!!! Bought my Kia Sportage almost two years ago, love it. But the problem is I have locking lug nuts on my tires and have the regular ones in my trunk but no special key to take off the locking ones... was told service could do it for $35 my issue is why should I pay for this when I did not ask for them to be put on and I did not loose the special key I never had it!!!
