They are a unethical dealership who will send you to 10 banks without your permission, in turn killing your credit!!! They will also keep you at there dealership for almost 4hrs and never discuss monthly payment, pretend they are only sending you to Kia and then come back with a numbersnot close to what you wanted and then there sales manager Wayne will try to strong arm you when you ask to go think about things with "no your here to by a car and that's what your going to do" and "don't go to no the car dealership because t... read more
Bought my Kia Sportage almost two years ago, love it. But the problem is I have locking lug nuts on my tires and have the regular ones in my trunk but no special key to take off the locking ones... was told service could do it for $35 my issue is why should I pay for this when I did not ask for them to be put on and I did not loose the special key I never had it!!!
Walked in yesterday. Honestly told them my credit, payment, didn't listen. Denied us. Nothing they could do. Went to kia of bedford today.. walked out with a new 2017 kia Forte.
I went there and waited an hour to talk to Mike Evans, I don't know if he thought it was a power move or what. After he finally decided to meet and talk with me he seemed completely disinterested in talking to me. He asked me to come back an hour later, after my credit was run and so I did, and after I came back he was talking to me, still completely disinterested in our talks, told me my credit still hasn't been ran all while staring out the windows waiting for his pizza to get there. I recently purchased my Kai Optima from Steve Turner. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about ending my current lease & purchasing a new one. I have always dealt with another local car dealership until 3 years ago when I leased a Kia Forte from Waiken. I will never go anywhere else now. Steve is a great salesman, not high pressure at all.
