Kam the sales person and Colleen were both great. BUT the parts department really let us down. Were supposed to have a hitch and wiring harness installed by Tuesday at the latest, was told harness needed to be ordered but would be in stock in 2 business days. I had to keep calling the department to see what was happening with the hitch and it wasn't until Tuesday when it was all supposed to be completed that someone called and said that the harness was backordered and no one knew when it would be in stock.
