I really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kia Hermitage. Everyone was welcoming, friendly and worked hard to make the process as seamless as possible.
This is such a great group of people! They are so down to earth and willing to work with you on everything! Hands down the best experience I've had and I got exactly what I wanted. I found them online and decided to check them out and I'm so glad I did. Also, fast and efficient paperwork.

Jesse was awesome to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all! Brain the manger was super nice. Patti in finance was the sweetest! She took her time and made sure we understood everything. Jesse was able to get the Telluride that I was looking for from another dealership, and I greatly appreciate that. The only negative thing I have to say is that I did have to bring my vehicle back the week after I got it because the windshield wiper fluid didn’t work.
