Tyler was great. He was communicative and very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth process and Tyler was excellent. The one thing my wife is very frustrated with is that we definitely wanted wifi in the car. We were told and shown that the car was a setting in it for wifi and everything and we were told to use the Kia connect app to set it up. When we called Kia connect, they said our car and make and model was not eligible for wifi. Why would we be shown the wifi and told to set it up if it was not offered for our car?... read more
Everyone in the dealership were very kind and professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible . They found the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to get it in a quick time frame

Tyler was great through the whole process. Responsive, knowledgeable. Way better than the other 2 Kia dealers I dealt with. Colleen was fast which was nice after waiting behind other people. I believe Brian was the manager and greeted us twice during our visit. He seemed very sincere that he was happy you were choosing Deihl Kia.

I was very pleased with the service all except I went to pick up the vehicle at 3pm since I was out on for first thing in morning and no one notified me that it would not be done till the next day due to waiting for parts. Other than that everything was great.
