We were originally scheduled to meet with Geoff Wilson upon arrival, however, he was assisting other customers, so we were transferred to Jesse. Shortly after meeting with Jesse, we were transferred back to Geoff because his original customers had departed. Geoff was pleasant and accommodating. Jordan was upfront about being short staffed. He was honest and timely given the circumstances. I would highly recommend the service department at Dhiel Kia of Hermitage, they did excellent work on my new purchase and I look forward to future service.
