Every employee I came into contact with at the service department was very rude. i brought my car for an inspection appointment but when i get there was told i was scheduled for an oil change. while my car was there they call to tell me i had a completely flat tire that was perfectly fine when i dropped it off but i allowed them to fix it only to get my car back missing a lug nut! Definitely will be driving to Lordstown Spitzer from now on and glad I didnt give this place business when i purchased my vehicle!
