I bought a truck on may 30th and on the way home from the dealership the check engine light came on. Today is Augest 27th and after 6 visits nothing has been fixed or replaced. The sales manager has also refused to return any of the 7 voicemails I have left.

Customer service is horrible. Bought a used 2016 Silverado, have had too many issues in 3 months. Truck was not properly inspected, brakes and rotors are rusted bad, and pads are almost gone. They will not work with me. More issue too, but I’m not going to type a novel on here. Quit constantly begging people to purchase a vehicle from your business. I like to listen to Deliaha on 98.9 FM but hearing your advertisement over, over, over again will discourage people from conducting business with your company. When I purchase my next vehicle, I assure you that I will not be purchasing from your business!
They won't honor maintenance package we purchased from Mel Grata. I was told by a manager he would look into the situation, 3 months later I have yet to receive a call back from him. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles here so my future purchase, I will go elsewhere.
I purchased my vehicle in 2017 from Mel Grata now Taylor. Since the switch in the name the service has been awful. Recently serviced my 2018 car for an odor. Got the run around trying to schedule. Service sent me to body shop to schedule. Body shop stated they would call me back the next day after brain storming of what it could be. my wife turned in her truck over a month ago and still no final bill. when you call, the morons here don't even try to help they just pass it off to gm financial who says we can't pay it off until everything is finalized from the dealer. the best part is that gm financial said it looks like the truck is sold so my wife is still paying on a truck someone else is driving because of lazy idiots on both ends. Got a call from a sales person told her to remove my number from the list and not contact again. A few days later, I was again bothered, this time via text. If you continue to contact, I will press harassment charges. We DO NOT deal with Taylor due to past bad experiences in Boardman with poor service and broken promises. Mel Grada was great to deal with. It was a shame to see Mel Grada change to Taylor. Appearantly your customer service has not improved. When I say do NOT contact me. I mean it!!!
