Paid $900 ( all of my savings ) for them to fix my Malibu. It has not been wanting to start sometimes. I took it to them in desperation. They put a new fuel pump in which was clearly not the problem because it is still not wanting to start. And today I broke down on the side of the road after a long day of work. All they have to say is oh well they put a new fuel pump in. I’m just screwed out of all the money I had saved. 😞

I don't recommend them because of the b******* news propaganda that they were pushing on their customers sitting in the lobby there was four gentlemen ready to walk out because their heads were going to explode from the nonsense on the TV

My sister purchased a vehicle from this place 7 months ago. It r broke down about two weeks, she had to have it towed there and now they are giving her the runaround. They have told her that it was the alternater and now they are saying it has something to do with the engine freezing. She is a single mother who works very hard. They have not helped her, she is carless and I believe they are not willing to help her. when I purchased my truck, I was told I would have at least 2 "complementary" oil changes. I am sure they were built into my total cost. I was unable to schedule my first change due to time. so when I want in today, I expected to incur no cost. I was told it expired in jun. hilarious... not even offered a discount. I am done with taylor in general. they have taken me for toooooo many rides.

I bought a car here back in July. I’ve had a rattling in the back end, and have called the repair shop at this dealership, and they have never gotten back to me. I’ve called concerning my registration, and they never returned my call concerning that issue either. Once you buy the car, you can forget about any sort of customer service from this dealership. I would not recommend buying a car from here.

We have a 3 year lease with Taylor and were supposed to receive 3 oil changes with tire rotations. We went today for an oil change thinking it was free and were informed that it was expired. We only had 1 oil change done out of 3. Taking the car back when the lease is up, and NEVER doing business again with Taylor of Hermitage! Mary Smith
I usually don’t leave reviews but I will today.... long story short I do not recommend. Bought a used Nissan Titan and there were issues which were fixed. However communication on what was going on was not great. We also bought the truck before it could be fully detailed which we were told it would be once we brought it back for the inspection and problem it had. I bought a New 2019 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Extended Cab Truck last November. I just got it Inspected on 11/20/19, I had a question about the entire truck shaking when slowing down to stop. I added a brush guard last year. Had no problems until this year, I asked if they could check wheel weights but, they told me I'd have to take brush Guard off to have the steering correctly measured. What a bunch of Crap, the brake pedal does not pulsates, the steering wheel does not shake at all. so how does that require the brush Guard needin... read more
