Bought a 2023 equinox and a 2020 Chevrolet blazer within two days. Blazer only had one key fob asked if I could possibly get another one said they’d help me out with the cost. The new key fob was $280.98 charged me $149 to program the key and ended up giving me a $100 gift card towards the cost. You would think after spending over 50,000 they could at least cover the cost of programming the key. Called the manager twice to question and I’ve got no return call. horrible experience with the collision center. had my vehicle for nearly 3 months total following a car accident. eventually had to ask for a loaner vehicle as my rental coverage ran out and nobody seemed to know what was taking so long for the repairs. i was told the work order got screwed up. the ladies in the back of the body shop helped tremendously with getting the loaner, however the center still had my van for an additional month. communication throughout the ordeal was poor and the staff up front had no clue what was... read more

This place is a joke. I live less than 1/4 of a mile from here and have stepped foot in the lot 6 times over the last month and half on new trucks on the front line of the lot directly in line site if the showroom. Not 1 salesman has ever came out to assist me or ask what they can do to earn my business. I would never advise anyone to even bother with this dealership. At the end of april I bought a car from here. About a month in it started making a really bad noise. I took it in and within two hours they had called and needed an engine tear down approval. I approved it. They then call and say my whole engine needs replaced, and so they did. They told me in 5 days the engine should be there, This was almost three weeks ago. poor sales team. I was told that a vehicle was going to be marked up 5000.00 above msrp before they even had the vehicle. I was told put down a deposit for the vehicle before it was delivered. I didn't do it and was not willing to pay 5000.00 above msrp. I was contacted and offered the vehicle for msrp a week later. I was willing to commit to the purchase and willing to give a deposit to hold it. The vehicle was sold from under me due to the fact that I live 1 hour away and couldn't meet there schedule. Beware

On 5/31/22, I dropped my car off at their collision center for them to replace my front bumper, replace my passenger side headlight assembly, and to repair the passenger side fender. I also was going to have a new driver side headlight assembly replaced as I would pay for that out of pocket. On 6/8/22, they called and said my car was done. I went to pick it up and it was unacceptable. the service is SLOW ! An hour and a half for an inspection. First one in at 9 a.m. I will lease from somewhere else next time . Due to the service department being so slow at doing any of the preventative maintenance that goes along with the lease service . My last oil change was over an hour . That was with an appointment.

Dropped car off for a recall on a battery cable that was suppose to only take a few hours, had to call the next day and ask but was told my key didn’t work, took another key down and was told they would get it done…. Next day had to call again to get update on battery cable…. Cost me $114 just to have a recall done that took 3 days. I won’t use them again. Car still wouldn’t start the next day, ended up fixing it myself. Thanks Taylor Chevy

call the customer back! after purchasing my truck I wanted to get my wife in a vehicle and the salesman said he would call her and get the process going but never called so she went elsewhere. shenequa t-boned my truck in January as I was leaving work and she was of course uninsured so I had my truck repaired at Taylor Chevy body shop, the service was great and very fast.
