Literally the worst customer service I've had anywhere. Between my wife and I it took on average 2 weeks to get any type of call or response to us. I'm literally shipping a new truck from Idaho, due to the great deal, instead of getting anything from here which makes no sense because I got my car at taylor in boardman and it runs flawlessly.
After buying 3 cars from them and then get treated the way we did in service I will go else where
Mel Grata Chevrolet in Hermitage PA was not helpful at all when an out of town Police K9 Officer needed help when his air conditioner stopped working today. Again another 90 degree day in Pennsylvania and it seems some people are non caring about the Officer or the K9 being stranded. Shallow Creek Kennels, Inc. has multiple officers that have vehicle problems while attending class and they are always turned away at Mel Grata's, with a rude demeanor and bad attitiude.
