I bought my car less then two years ago and it’s been nothing but issues. I have had transmission issues that went on for months, even though I took it in as soon as it happened and was assured everytime that it was fine, until I went on a road trip and broke down 5 hours from home. I received only one key for my car and had to pay 268$ for a second one. The car was to be in elaine’s name and was told that is how it would be however it was put in my name and Elaine’s second. We were told the total opposite.

I will never use Taylor for service again, they over charged me on the parts that were used for my vehicle. I understand that there is a mark up on parts however charging a customer above list price is ridiculous. I'll be taking my vehicle to community Chevrolet from now on.

I am pretty disappointed with my service at Taylor Chevrolet. We called on a Saturday morning to inquire about a Traverse on their website. Dallas answered the call. My husband told him that we were driving from an hour away and would the car be available to take home that day because we really needed a car. Dallas told my husband yes, it was there and ready. Horrible service on the body shop end. Took my sons car there to get fixed and they cracked his windshield. He got the car back 2 weeks ago and they have yet to get ahold of him to fix what they did. Not to mention the poor job they did with the repairs, rubber bands to hold the head light in place and hood not sitting properly. I spoke with someone over a week ago about the situation myself. They promised to call me back that day, have heard nothing from them.

I have bought 2 Chevrolet Silverados. was told during sale I would receive 4 complimentary oil charges, I was never told had to be used within 2 years or 24,000 miles. Synthetic oil charges are good for 7,000 miles. I was billed $48+ for an oil change today. I'm very capable to change my own oil. They lost me for ever from buying another vehicle from them over $48. Sale reps should be accountable for not telling they expire.
