RecommendedLadies, if you are single, have to get a vehicle and don't want to get treated like a Dumb Broad go to CarRight. Steve is great. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. Even though I had to part with some money and my beloved car, I knew I made the right choice. Steve, Tony, Bob and everyone was helpful, friendly and very patient. I would recommend to any gender.
The sales experience was great, but the service department was unacceptable. They failed to return calls, did not communicate with the insurance company, and pressured us toward OEM parts without transparency. This created unnecessary delays and frustration. The first repair on our truck they had for 3 months and it was not rectified 2nd time we are starting month #5 AWFUL
I was interested in a new Compass they had listed as the Diehl discount as 11,500 and the Diehl price was 25,025. When. Asked what my OTD price was going to be I was given a discount of 6k. I was then told I did not qualify for all the incentives. However no can qualify for all the incentive and there price was false advertisement. I then asked them to be an honest dealer and make things right and they refused.
Extremely poor dealership that lacks basic communication skills..as well as decent (more importantly) human morals and ethics. Save the time and find a dealer that demonstrates core ethics, and doesnt just attack the sale over doing the right thing. disgusting example of selling vehicles. dont bother calling the Diehl corporate team either, they will act like they care..then completely blow you off as well! horrible experience all around!
