Would not listen about the problem the vehicle was having - dismissed as if nothing wrong yet on the way home it had the same problem - Similar models had same issue but because this model was not on the recall the service people wouldn't listen. Also, no loaner vehicles available nor any offer to acquire a rental car even though the car had to stay for several days - Never had these issues when it was Kelly Cars
the service desk people were nice. However my job was unable to be completed after 3 days. They did not do oil change that I asked. Also when I picked up my car there were tools and equipment still in my truck. I still have to take it back for emissions to be fully inspected.
don't lie to customers when they are buying a car. i was told that my car would get washed everytime it is in for any service. it has been washed ONE time , but many times for service.
RecommendedI had a blowout on my 2017 ram truck and call Aaa about 730 in the morning I have my wife bring me her car so I could get to work and she waited for AAA. They never showed up she called ram roadside assistance they came and changed the tire. She then took the Truck to CarRight and They put a new tire on and put the spare away. They also took care of a recall at the same time. Aaa finally called about 10 o’clock in the morning I told him to forget it.

Maybe I will finally get some answers. Because as of now I cant speak with Bob or he won't return my calls. Left plenty of messages! Bought tires from them not even a year old. Got a flat in july 2017, Manager Bob tells me they sold me dry rot tires. From Goodyear, so he puts a claim in to Good year, they reimburse me for the new tire I had to buy in the spot. So I have had issues with the service department, today I took my car for inspection and emmissions. I feel as if they saw me and my daughter walk in and figured we knew nothing. After about 45 min to an hour after my appointment time, the one guy from service came out and told me I needed tires and that would be $350 for two or $700 for 4 they wouldn't give me an option on tires as in brand or type,. One years ago we had problems with our jeep. So we took it to Kelly Cars and they told us to leave it there and you can pick it up after it was done. We dropped it off Monday and received a call Thursday. The call went like this. We fixed the problem, you can come pick up your Jeep. So I said thank you and picked it up.
