I went in for a check engine light and said I needed my car by 3. I was not even called until 3 to say that my car needed nearly $1,000 of work, including changing filters that were just replaced. Although I still have a warranty, I was told most things were not covered. When I asked questions the same list of things that needed done were just repeated to me without answering my question. When I bought my 2019 Ram they were phenomenal the sales person and the manager. Now two years later I have a water leak where my third break light is and I have a blown speaker which they said my radio need updated. I get truck back and it sill sound the same way. Ever time I call to get ahold of the Service consultant he never answer and I leave message he never calls back

I just bought my first car from Diehl in Moon and I would not recommend, especially for a first time buyer. Mike was the salesman and was not willing to help at all. He wanted the sale and that was just about it. He was not willing to negotiate on the price and overall was just not very pleasant to work with.

I bought a jeep at butler Deihl, they were awesome. no problems. I purchased another jeep at moon, salesman Mike was horrible, rude and seemed to have no clue what was going on and neither did his manager Brent. The jeep was in Ohio, they took a deposit to hold, had me add it to my insurance and then 3 days later told me they couldn't sell it because they had no title. Took my daughters Jeep in for I guess a problem the have been having with them had extended warranty still cost me $219.00, so I ask them to check brakes while the had it there. They told me that it needed front and rear brakes and rotors and told me it was going to be $942.00 and I thought it was odd since it had just been inspected 2 mths ago so I told not to do brakes. I honestly have no idea why they even have appointment times because I am always there an hour past my appointment time before they take me vehicle back to the bay to start working on it. No different this time. 25 minutes of work (I could see them and timed them) but it took an hour and 45 minutes to have my truck inspected. It's like this every single time. The local shop I go to for my other vehicle never has a problem being punctual and respecting my time.

The worse service experience ever! I recently bought my Jeep from here and the drivers seat maneuver broke. I called the service department to fix the seat and when I picked up the Jeep, the seat wasn't fixed, but instead I was charged for diagnostics (even though I told them on the phone exactly what the issue was)! I'm never buying or having my vehicle serviced by them again!!

We sent our 2015 Wrangler over for repairs to its wiring harness after it was damaged by wildlife. The vehicle was sent to your service department because the damage was within an inch of a major connector in the wiring harness. We were charged $492.20 to have 2 wires spliced and reconnected. I was told the service department didn't have new parts available until June so some used parts from another vehicle were used.
