I recently bought a used 2011 Chevy Traverse at Car Right. I like the car, but 40 days after purchase, the rear brakes and rotors started grinding and needed replaced. Very disappointing that a dealership with a service department would sell a vehicle that would need new brakes that soon. I won't be taking the vehicle to Car Right for service (I have a mechanic I can actually trust), and I doubt I'd recommend them for used car sales due to this negative experience. Dealership's service department service reps are the worst... I have tried to use them a couple of times and they just don't seem to want my business or really provide assistance in any way...
