This Dealership, specificly Manager Rayann, is not elderly friendly. Please check out Beaver County Dodge, Chrysler Jeep Ram. Beaver County Dodge was super helpful!

Expensive repair that was not done correctly. Had to take it back immediately. They said that it was fixed a archons time only to discover during call that it was not. Difficult to understand how they have a five star rating from Chrysler. I’ll never look at that rating the same again.

My Jeep was having intermittent starting problems and giving an error code I thought it was the starter - obviously. I was billed for 2 hours of diagnostic charges $250 to determine the starter was bad-seriously? The error code and the fact that it didn’t start normally should have been a simple diagnosis. I was ok with 1 hour and$125 to confirm this. I thought the extra hour charges were unneeded and a form of gouging. I probably would not trust the service department again

What the actual hell, I've been driving around with this defective airbag for 5 months! When the work order says the recall was completed. I specifically asked about this when my car was in service (Brad because Amy was off) This has put the lives of a lot of my family at risk. Completely unacceptable. Especially when my car was at the dealership for 35 calendar days

Had my bucket truck in for service. Got it back and the PTO did not work. Had to take it back the next Day to have them program the PTO. Lost a whole days of work and thousands of dollars. Just because somebody did not do their job properly

evidently if you dont plan to spend over 12,000$ you are not worth their time. Ive wasted 2 beautiful days off to listen to some guy basicly shoo me off the lot.... my credit was ran 4 days ago. i stopped in 9a.m this morning.... told me come back later. internet was down. its now 2:00. my next available day off is in a week. I adrressed my work schedule to no avail. probably the most disrespected ive ever felt, trying to spend money. do yourself a favor. go somewhere else.

had a great experience two yrs ago when I purchased my truck. But I will say that the service department is horrible, took a month to get my truck scheduled for an appointment do to no return call and the person I needed to deal with being unavailable every time I called. Until I called Chrysler Corp, then all the sudden I get a returned call. Be hard pressed to take my truck back to them for any other service issues.
