AWESOME EXPERIENCE! I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Diehl Auto. I worked with Ian and he was the greatest! He took care of all my needs right away and always available to answer any of my questions. The dealership seems like a great place and everyone was very friendly. Great team and great experience I recently leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Diehl, and am very happy I did. I learned a lot about the different options available to me, and had a great deal of help from Dan and Anthony throughout the entire process. The customer service was great, and the service team provided a lot of assistance after I just scratched my new wheel! Best salesman ever!! I recently went to this dealership because they had the specific car I was looking for, which happened to be the one my salesman was driving/leasing. Great Customer Service I have had my vehicles in for service at Diehl of Robinson on numerous occasions; most recently August 5, 2014. Chris, Kevin, and Bob W the service manager have always been friendly and treated me as if I was their only customer. Since Diehl took over this location, the whole attitude of the employees has changed. They are very customer focused and want to make you happy so that not only will you return there, but you'll spread the word to your friends and family. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising.
