Tried to charge me $650 to replace one head light on a Gran Cherokee. I got to headlights from Advanced Auto for $99. BEWARE
Dealer sales price is not the real price of the cars they post that the price if you qualify for all the incentives. If it sales sales price that should be the price before and incentives because not everyone get those and to get them all would be extremely hard. Salesman I talked to was very rude when I bought this up and I don’t deal with dealerships like that the internet price should be a price that everyone would pay if they walked into the dealership to purchase new car.

The service department does not respond to calls and massages. The information that is provided is inconsistent. I have been babysitting an issue with my jeep for the last 4 months and I still do not have a resolution. The service department’s customer service is pathetic and I am embarrassed for their Diehl.
Friendly, my service writer was very professional. As a whole the dealer service experience is mostly terrible. This was the second ram dealer I’ve been to with my leased truck. The first one broke something in the tailgate, the second dealer tried to send me down the road for it and just fix what they wanted. I bought my car at this location and happy with that service; however, never dealt with Tom Richardson so not sure why I keep getting emails to rate my experience. I will state that new wheels were put on my car before sale was completed and on my way home the Service Tire Maintenace System lilght came on. Took it to a local Diel dealership to find out that all 4 tire sensors were damaged. I have taking my Dart here for 8 years to Diehl in Robinson, and although my issues were resolved, the standard of knowledge, organization, and overall care was definitely declined since last year. I don’t think they even had my Dart schedule properly for this appointment and then a day after picking it up Diehl sends me a discount of buy 3 tires get one free, when I just bought 4 new tires that service!
