I called about a recall and was told that i could call back to schedule an appointment , did not ask if i would like to set up now while on the phone
Be very careful and check your charges, they will rip you off and not feel bad about it. All kinds of excuses and no apology.

They tried to scam me on the parts pricing for brakes and rotors for my jeep.

They priced me at triple the price for parts and who knows how they priced the labor. On top of that, they expressed extreme urgency to get it fixed. Trusting them, I allowed someone to run my credit to finance an almost $2k bill. After speaking to my brothers, I took it somewhere else. When it was taken somewhere else, they said it was not an emergency. My vehicle was there for over 8 months with a blown engine. The first 2 months I didn't have a loaner so I had to find alternate transportation to work. Former general manager wouldn't even answer emails. Got some results after he was replaced so kudos for hiring Brandon but overall the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth.
Poor communication to none at all. I have to be the one to call in everyday to attempt to receive an update. Unable to schedule a simple fix for my truck.
took way longer than expected. 1 or two days turned into 4 days. Couldn't provide a loaner vehicle for recall service.

As ususal always trying to rip off a woman! Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I needed a $1.00 clip adjusted because it was making a screeching noise after I had my brakes changed and the service center tells me that it would cost approx. $469.00 because they had to remove my back tires and replace the one-day old brake shoe pads I had just put on the day before. Didn’t even do the one thing they were supposed to overnight before I picked the car up. Despite an appointment I stood around for 40+ minutes before I was taken in to finish sale. Slap Z shield on everything to make more wiggle room for deals. Never again.

Would not understand that my warranty should cover my 10000 mile maintenance with oil change and rotation. I had to pay for this which I should not had to and Jeep and 4 other places I called did it should be covered.
