Frustrating that no one would call me back with an update on my car. They had it for three weeks and I couldn't get a loaner at all so I had to pay an additional $1200 for the rental car. They were too busy for me is how I felt.
Since mid June when I got my vehicle inspected there is warranty work that needs to be done replacing Rusty part on my bumper and yet no one has contacted me about it Someone also put scratches in my door and on my rocker panel when I got my vehicle back No one has contacted me about this warranty work for my 2021 Jeep gladiator Mojave

ORDERED PARTS FOR WARRANTY SERVICE, AND 1ST OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION ON MY NEW VEHICLE.
Called for a week to a specific service advisor to schedule warranty replacement of door sensors and never got a callback. He told me to call him to schedule. similar treatment when they were to back order sensors months ago.
Wanted vehicle serviced for road trip and asked if they could check all fluid, paid the extra $75 for brake check.. Left with a $900 bill after not being told the price of fluid changes. Had to bring the car back the next day because somehow the AC on the driver's side stopped working. How does that happen when they are the only ones working on the vehicle? Had to pay another $300. The time my jeep was there. The lack of communication between the service department and myself.
I had my tire blow out had to bring car which I didn’t have appt so I understand wait and shop fitting me in. I have zurich insurance so I also know they have to contact them to get approval for new tire i went about my business as instructed and was told I would get an call once tire was in. Dropped car off around 11 returned at 3 and was told they contacted zurich but was waiting for call back which I knew was a lie due to having issues before and spoke with zurich to see the process prior to coming in.
