Horrible Mileage, Worse Service Horrible mileage, beware Dart 2015. Less than 1 year & 10K miles only 15 MPG city, only 28MPG interstate, One half of published mileage. Worse service, simple 9AM oil change takes all day!
worst time no dealing ,felt unwanted...salesman lenny brought paper out and said this is what we are giving you for your trade and this is the deal...basically take it or leave it..drove to haasz automall in ohio and bought the car...totally different place
Worst Service Ever Please read Before you decide to go here! Problems since car was purchased -2011 Chrysler 200 Since I purchased this car in 2013, I have been having problems. My daughter goes to school in Philly and the right side of her car must have been in an accident. AAA had to tow the car to the Chrysler shop because the whole tire on the right side was wobbling very bad and she could not drive it. Horrible experience This was my first time buying a truck from a dealership and it will definitely be the last time i buy from this dealership. First off when I bought my truck I was told by the salesman that the truck had a lifetime warranty on the cummins engine only to find out when I went to sign the papers that this wasn't true. So instead they offered me an extended warranty at a discounted price which I bought that way I would have some sort of warranty with the vehicle. Horrible Service Department The service depatment is extremely slow. Took 3.5 hours to service my truck and still was not able to complete it. I had set an appointment and was told that it would take 2 hours to complete. I was told that I would have to come back to have it finished. It is crazy that I just went for a standard oil change, fuel filter and air filter change. Also they checked some codes on the truck that was not anything to worry about. Customer dropped his company vehicle off for a check engine light and diesel oil change. Customer was not waiting and was provided a promise completion time in line with his anticipated return to the dealership. Diehl of Robinson spent a substantial amount of time remedying the check engine light. In the middle of the oil change, the technician was fearful that during the removal of the fuel filter, the fuel filter housing would break as it was extremely tight and could possibly crack. On going issue with water damage that dealer says is "normal." When discussing problems with sales and body shop they become argumentative and short tempered. Won't return phone calls and claim that a can of "lube," will fix the problem!
John DeFazio was our salesman. Mr. DeFazio was a pleasant individual; however, he did not go to bat for his customer. Mr. DeFazio did not know a lot about his products. He was hesitant to answer our questions. He walked away when the sales manager was speaking with us.
