I'm not happy with the dealership. They should help people not do them over. Just so they make a dollar and look good.
Had my car for two days with no call updates, called and left voicemails with no reply on when my car would be done. Car didn’t move overnight and was left unlocked. Glovebox papers were scattered all over the floor. Employees were drinking behind the shop when I went to retrieve my car
Delayed responses. Lack of professionalism. Hard to get ahold of. Can’t diagnose effectively. Booked in advance an appointment as my check engine light was on. After 5 days with no calls, many messages and no updates, I finally got a service person who apologized bc the technician “didn’t see it.” I reiterated that’s the whole reason I went in. Car was there for 5 days before I even got a firm diagnosis. All in all this took almost 2 weeks to fix for a job that could’ve been done in 2 hour.

Knowledge was below average. Called them, and never called me back. Purchase of my vehicle was way too long

had car for 2 days for inspection & to fix brakes and shocks. tired calling 7 times from 8am till 12 noon. left many messages and no one ever called me back. finally after 1230 pm i got a call saying the car was done. talked to service Mgr. and told him about this problem, but he wasn`t very helpful either. i dont mind paying for the service and things i need fixed, just have to a better job informing customers about whats going on with their cars.
I just had my oil changed there a few weeks ago and they apparently said they toooed fluids.. but they did not My antifreeze was empty.. so that is why I was there again .. I drove almost 2 weeks with an empty reservoir.. in 90 weather
Very disappointed in the service received. Was told that I need extended repairs just think was being tied off.
This dealership is the worst at following up on things that they say they’re going to do they don’t get back to you in a timely fashion everything they do is almost a lie until we call him on it.
