I was just browsing for a new vehicle, went to #1 Cochran to test drive my dream vehicle. The dealer there had the personality of a wet sponge & wasn't willing to bargain until he knew my trade in. My dealership changed ownership and Diehl came into the picture. I wondered what to expect when I first went for service. My experience was excellent. They took me in for my appointment shortly after arriving and were finished well before the expected time. I had an additional electronics recall that I had not been notified of and they performed that update at the same time. I got the notice days later! Good deals at Diehl! I am deffinitely a satisfied service customer!
I went in with my boyfriend to look at a new dodge dart two weeks ago. I'm a female and didn't really know a lot about the car business so I made him come along. I was out shopping over the internet and at Local Dealerships. I went to Kelly's and Three Rivers and Mick's North Hills. They Offered the best family environment for me. There was a Play area for kids free coffee while i waited for my truck. Everything was done when it was said to be done bye Lenny and Eddie.
