I had a 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation they were very unorganized and never answered any of my phone calls when I tried to call and schedule.
I bought a Jeep 2 years ago I’ve been back 4 times and spent over 3k on it ! Not thrilled. Can’t wait to get rid of it!
I called many times about my car No one answered in service Went to voice mail I left messages I called and went straight to the operator No one answered Left messages Leaving my name and number and short message Had not received one call back from anyone
One of the worst sales experiences of my life. They offered a price on my trade in and something that I have never experienced in all my life of buying cars they started deducting from the price they offered for scratches and such in order to be able to put my 10 year old $80000 mile car up for sale. We all know they aren't going to sell the car its going straight to auction. They should be ashamed of the way they handle this potential sale.
I've taken multiple vehicles there one in my name one in my spouses name and they've tried to tell me that both cars had the exact same issue on the exact same wheel, 2 years in a row after getting it fixed there the first time. After bringing that up I decided I will only get warranty work done here.
My car was at the dealer for 2 days- they never called me to say it was “done”. I called looking for it - no one picks up. Goes to VM. I left messages no one called me back. I had to call the sales dept and ask someone to walk back and see if my car was done. Got there and the issue it was there for wasn’t fixed. They said it was and they tested it - it wasn’t.
