Horrible service department Went to dealer for state inspection made them aware of the problems I was having properly torquing the Lugnuts. Sun roof leak Bought a jeep from this dealer December 2012. Sun roof leaked. After trying several things the sunroof was replaced September 2014. November2016 picked up my elderly mother to take her to doctor appointment. Water poured out of the sun roof! When I called Diehl I was told to bring it in and they would do a diagnostic for $100.
They will break it and claim it wasn't their fault We had our truck up there for manufacturer recalls in which the airbag needed replaced. upon reinstalling the dash, they pinched wires and caused malfunction. we take it back up, they "fix" it. So fixing must mean that the air bag light is on 24/7, the horn wont beep, and the radio malfunctions. But its "Not their fault" Stay away from this place. far far away. I will never purchase a dodge again..
Horrible Customer Service - Overall Bad Experience with Jeep I have worked with a number of individuals from corporate Chrysler to individuals at this Diehl. My car had the transmission repaired twice before it was finally replaced the third time. Of the 8 people I worked with throughout this experience, only 2 seemed upfront and helpful, knowledgeable. Incompetent service department Took 2014 Ram 3500 6.4 to dealer for 1st oil change and service tech put wrong oil in truck because service writer wrote oil change up as conventional oil, causing bottom end rapping after 2 months back and for with dealer and having oil sent out for analysis the findings were copper in the oil with wrong grade and type of oil which dealer put in truck. Dealer replaced 2014 ram with 2015 3500 Ram with additional 2000.00 cost to me for their screw up now I got a truck with a screwed up paint job... read more
Service Department is IMPOSSIBLE to work with!!! My car is at Diehl RIGHT NOW and I CANNOT get the service department to answer the phone!!! I set up my appointment two weeks in advance (they're request, not mine!) and when I brought it in, it took them 4 days to call me back with an estimate, (which of course was 4x what I expected...) Totally incompetent service department Do not even consider having your vehicle serviced there. They are rude, lazy and generally incompetent. Left my car with them for 3 days and they did not fix the issue that I brought it in for. I never received any follow up calls, I had to repeatedly call them to find a status. Bad dealings I stopped in the dealership after seeing two cars on the internet after seeing them and liking one of them I asked for appraisal of my car. I was told unless i was willing to buy it right then they would not waste there time do a appraisal.
