Seriously misdiagnosed engine problem and illegally tried to charge me for it rather than fix it under the warranty. The fix would have been useless anyway, they ignored the actual problem. They also refused to do both recalls. They left all my doors unlocked and the glove box and console where open and items stolen from the vehicle. Will update this after my complaints are filed and resolved with The F.T.C. & Attorney General. Possible lawsuit forthcoming. I previously had issues here years ago and unfortunately I am now dealing with a far more serious situation involving my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. The vehicle has experienced transmission defects, jerky shifting, loss of power while driving, active ABS and transmission warning lights, and visible smoke with a burning odor coming from the transmission area. There where a few communication errors. First I was told od get 10k for one of my cars at the end of the deal I saw 9500. Then I was told the protection shield add on that I purchased for the interior and exterior of the car would be put on before I picked up my vehicle the next day. It wasn't and I had to go back a few days later. When I questioned about getting the coating added on in the future I was informed they don't do that even with a cost. I was trying to buy out a lease. Because I did not lease from them and had financing they were not interested in helping. I will no longer go here for service and have contacted Hyundai.
I would give 0 starts if I could. Turned my car in for a small paint job due to a malfunctioned part on September 3rd and did not get it back until 10/7. Was told it would be done a 3 weeks in and it was not. My car sat for so long my battery started to drain and my car sent me an SOS message. Hyundai customer service told me it would be "expedited", but then the next person said that no one has the ability to do that. I didn’t care for the attitude I received during check in. No communication during service or upon follow up. I really feel that they were not upfront with me about the issue. I won’t be back and will take my car elsewhere for warranty repair.
Service department was overwhelmed with limited help. Was not helpful on discussing options to repair my vehicle. Sales department was horrible. Everyone so rude. They wanted to help, but had no communication skills to create a friendly atmosphere. Went multiple times to talk to other people and each time was just a disappointment. Rude sales team.
Poor management not very friendly I had a handicap person with me and there was no one that would even give a hand. We had to wait in the waiting room and no one would even help us to get situated and get to the waiting room not as good as it was when Preston.
