Took 5 days get repairs done. Insurance covered sensor, bracket broke how with repairs? Cost me to replace bracket. Took off my front license plate and ask them to put it back on said didn’t need it in Ohio now have two holes in front. Said sensor partially blocked From it even though that plate has been on there for almost 4 years.
(Service Department; recall) Multiple different numbers to call; only one works. No clear signage about where to park for service. I waited in the service garage for assistance on where to go. Employees walked past and did not offer any assistance. Front desk employee was curt. No debrief on service provided. Will not go back.

Asked service manager 3 times what the recall on my Ioniq 5 batteries was for and all he could tell me was we updated the maps !!!!!!!
Does anyone ever read these surveys? ? I am very very disappointed with my service visit!! I would like the Service Manager to call me. My number is 954-254-5123. I will be expecting a call no later than Tuesday 5/30/2023.
Not happy, bought used Sonata at Diehl, questioned brakes prior to signing, Technician checked brakes and said they were ok. Brought car back about 2-1/2 weeks later about brakes and vibration. Again Technician said brakes and car was safe to drive. It may be safe, but it’s not ok to ignore the fact the steering wheel vibrates badly when applying brakes going down a hill. The rotors are Warped, Diehl wouldn’t replace rotors. Very disappointed in this dealership
Was told I needed new rotor's all around, when I did not. Very disappointed in the service.

Three mechanics stated nothing wrong with my rotors, after Diehl stated I needed front & back rotors. Very disappointed with dealership!

Sold me a wrecked vehicle as accident free I didn't have a good experience as the vehicle I purchased from this dealer was wrecked and repainted but was sold to me as accident-free vehicle. I was out of state buyer and upon my arrival vehicle was not ready, I had to wait until it was detailed, it was raining and I couldn't inspect it dry.
