We purchased a used 2019 Blazer and did not have great experience. We were looking forward to becoming lifelong Diehl customers given that they are still a family owned and operated dealership but were severely disappointed. I was called and told there was a recall on my car. I drove an hour and a half to get there. I live in kittanning. I was told they didn't know why I was called or even there when I arrived
The worst experience ever in the service dept. how about a sign for dummies possibly that says “pull forward for service” instead of yelling at the client who was following the instructions on the app that was text to them.
Usually, the service is half decent there I always try to take my vehicle to where I purchased at but this time they didn’t put the wheel locks back in my car and called me after I already drove 30 miles back home and told me this and I had to drive back over 30 miles then back home 30 miles and they didn’t feel that it was any big deal. Service here is awful. Tried to get me to pay for an item covered under warranty
Says its normal to burn up to a quart of oil in 1000 miles hyundai sucks
Put a tracker in my vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle form this dealership I would rather stay with Ron Marhofer who is actually professional and a great deal.
Ask them to fix my rear window defroster they said they did cut up the next morning and it was not working. They didn’t have time to even work on it at the dealership. I wasn’t even there for 40 minutes and I had to get an oil change also.
