I recently found a used vehicle on the Diehl Hyundai/Ford of Sharon's website that I was interested in purchasing. Due to living so far away, the salesman did a walkaround of the used vehicle I wanted to purchase and stated there was a small ding on the front bumper, and no other blemishes were visible on the vehicle. I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I specifically stated when I made the appointment that I did not want the tires rotated because they are warranted by the company I purchased them from. When the service was complete I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation resulting in a charge for $13.00 more then just an oil change charge. I am now hoping the tire rotation doesn't interfere with the warranty on my tires, The vehicle was not washed because supposedly the car wash was not working. Strange how ... read more

I have been to this dealership 4 times and only one time has been a smooth no problems visit. Not one I would recommend, Hyundai yes dealership no.

Took car to Diehl for service all to find that they cannot even work on it or fix it. Was told to take it to a different dealership out of our area. Going forward I doubt we will bother with a place that can sell us a car but cannot even service it. Not to mention the arrogance and rudeness that we have had to deal with with speaking to some of staff members there. People are nice when selling you a vehicle and taking your money……where’s that same friendliness when your car that is only 2 years old and under warranty starts ... read more

While I was waiting for service in the waiting area, a customer came in and there was arguing back and forth between the service people and them. And at one point I over heard the service person yell back, “if you don’t want service here, you can leave!” And after the customer walked out, I overheard the service people talking bad about the customer including name calling which made me really upset and really hope they don’t do that to all customer’s...

It was too long of a repair. I appreciate that the problem was found but 2 months is along time to have no vehicle. Perhaps Hyundai should have been contacted earlier when things weren’t working. My dash was taken apart and we found 2 screws in my cup holder. Where do they go? I appreciate that I will be receiving a free oil change for the inconvenience but my car was dirty inside from mechanics getting in and out and my window was greasy. I am not much of a complainer but I felt it is important to give some feedback.

This used to be my favorite local dealership to deal with service. My last oil change covered by my lease was completed yesterday and I will not planning on recommending or continuing service here. The one gentleman was very helpful I thought I booked an oil change online and mistakenly thought it was yesterday morning and he was able to fit me in.
